Available only to LAWYERS who restrict their practice to CRIMINAL LAW and/or IMMIGRATION LAW in the current year. All LAWYERS in a LAW FIRM that is a LAW PARTNERSHIP (including general, MDP and LLP partnerships) or a LAW CORPORATION must select this option collectively as a group.

LAWYERS who qualify for this option have coverage of $1 million per claim/$2 million in the aggregate, applicable to CLAIM expenses, indemnity payments and/or costs of repairs together.

CLAIMS that arise out of services provided in the current year are covered only if PROFESSIONAL SERVICES were in the area of CRIMINAL and/or IMMIGRATION LAW.

Claims that arise out of PROFESSIONAL SERVICES provided prior to the current year are covered regardless of area of law (unless this option was also elected in that past year).

Qualifying LAWYER(S) are eligible for a discount equal to 40% of the base premium.
